Not much today. Food, part of Dead Poet's Society, Hillsong, meeting with everyone I live with, food, talk with mom, blog, and now bed. The internet randomly drops now. Sad.
I'm giddy about finding out about new iPods coming soon! I need a new one and this is good timing. Slight cosmetic changes, a price drop for the phoneless iPods, and iTunes 8.0 is awesome!
They don't say McDonald's. They say something else. Mac...something. I have to figure out!
I don't know what to do when someone says something that they think is funny, yet the humour is completely lost on me. It's tough.
Ish: Ladies and gentlemen we are the entertainment for tonight. hahahahaha. (that is a line from The Dark Knight followed by his own laugh, not in the line, but because he thinks it's funny)
Andrew: (mumbling to me something that I don't understand)...you know? ahahaha.
Me: uh...oh, ha (half laugh)
Andrew: Yeah. (oblivious to my lack of understanding)
When talking with Ish before Spiro awhile ago:
Ish: Did you get some snakes?
Me: Huh? Snakes?
Ish: Yeah, snakes.
Me: I don't understand what you mean.
Ish: For the trip.
Me: OH! SNACKS! Yeah...
Overheard walking home yesterday:
Ish: Did you see the Metrics?
Angela: ...actually no, I haven't.
Ish: It's funny because there are a lot of American actors but it's in Sydney.
OH! MATRIX! Yeah...(not verbalized)
