Thanksgiving was pretty good. I went to my dad's to clean up stuff in order to sell his house. And also came back with some of his stuff. I raked and brought a TON of pop cans to be recycled. Ended up with over 200 lbs. of cans and $44 for them all. Danny (my cousin) and I first went in my car. Then we both took a car the next trip. Then we did that again for a total of 3 trips but 5 car trips. Now I have my dad's computer. I had to wipe it down a ton since he smoked around it. NEVER SMOKE AROUND YOUR COMPUTER! It's so nasty. His black keyboard was almost white from the ash. Yuck. His dust bunnies inside were black from the ash. I had to wipe EVERYTHING. And it was weird how his system had just been reformatted...hmm...and he also had a note on his monitor about how exactly to restore it. Interesting. I wonder how often he did it...or how recent before he died.
I worked a bit. Thanksgiving was ok. No kids around so it was quiet. I didn't get cornered and asked about Australia which I was worried about. Whew. Food was good and we ate right away.
I was chosen to be published in my school's creative writing semester publication thingy. Woo! My short story. I had to edit a bunch out which was fine although tough. And on the 10th of December, I get to read 5 minutes of it for whoever goes to the reading. Whee! ^_^
I did a lot of Black Friday shopping. All in about 10 minutes and online. Amazon.com and Bestbuy.com: Electric shaver $20, Guild Wars expansion $10, God of War 2 $10, Stardust $8, Office Season 1 $8, Office Season 3 $13, awesome!
And today at buy.com, Rock Band 2 $57. No big deal, but I saved $3 plus tax.
Tomorrow I work all day. Sad. I should sleep...

Why were you worried about being asked about Australia?
Oh I have no idea if the lyrics are depressing or not. I suppose they're not... 'would you lie with me and just forget the world' or something. But gah. sooo sad feeling.
Oh okay yeah I understand not wanting to tell your family random stories. You say "Yeah it was really good!" and then you have nothing else to say!
